Oven baked squash chips

This was my lunch a couple days ago - baked summer squash slices and sliced tomatoes from the garden.  It was super simple. Sliced yellow summer squash, dipped in beaten egg, then coated with a mixture of seasoned bread crumbs and cheese, and baked on a greased cookie sheet at 475 for 10 minutes.

The tomatoes are just dusted with a little seasoned salt (I love that stuff!).
