I'm always experimenting with making different kinds of veggie patties and things. And I think this is the best 'garden' type burger I've made so far. I had a ton of lentil salad left over, but I had eaten so much of it already that I was feeling the need for something a little different. So I took the leftover salad, added some bread crumbs and eggs, shaped into patties and cooked in a pan. Served on homemade buns (made with my basic bread dough recipe), with all the usual burger fixings, it really was amazing. Even my meat loving husband liked it!
