School Lunch Day 112: Quesadillas

Hooray for finally getting all kids off to school and getting to the store - packing school lunches is so much easier when you have lots of choices of fresh food in the house!

A quick and easy lunch today, made so much easier because I finally made it out shopping and have lots of fresh stuff to choose from.

Simple quesadillas today: Flour tortillas with melted shredded cheese. Two are just cheese, one has chicken, and one has avocado. On the side they each have a veggie - two have sweet peppers and two have a whole baby cucumber - plus fresh strawberries and cheddar bunnies.
