This one hardly needs a recipe - it is too easy.
Salsa (mild or not - how you like it)
Whatever quantities you like - last time I did 2 cans of beans, most of a container of salsa, about 3 cups of broth, and a can of organic corn.
Serve with chips, shredded cabbage, cheese, sour cream, guac - whatever you like. Last time I had some leftover brown rice so I put a bit of that in the bottom of the bowl first.
