I used Trader Joes pizza dough - spread it out enough (maybe about 1/2 inch thick) to cut into smallish squares - maybe about an inch and a half square - and put each square in a greased muffin tin. I let the dough rest & rise on the top of the stove for a bit while the oven heated up. I didn't bother really making sure they cover the whole section of the tin, because I knew that when the dough started to cook it would rise and spread and fill the tin.
Onto each square of dough I put:
- a small spoonful of tomato sauce
- a few shreds of zuchini
- some chopped salami
- a slice of fresh mozzarella
I baked them at 450 for about 15 - 18 minutes.
