Rice & bean bowl - favorite kid meal

One of my favorite go-to meals for the kids.

In a shallow bowl, layer:

cooked rice
beans - refried or whole beans
chopped grilled chicken
shredded cheese
sour cream
guacamole or some cubed avocado
diced tomatoes - if they like them.

Layer it all together, serve with a couple of chips.  They can stir it all up, or not.  This is one that they almost always reliably eat.
