what's for dinner tonight - rice and greens and sausage

This is a good example of how I often cook - using up some leftovers, figuring out what to do with some produce, and adding some kind of protein.
Tonight's dinner - rice, greens, sausage.
I started with a pile of greens that needed to be cooked - kale, red chard and spinach. I sauteed all these with some olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. 
Then I added in a bunch of rice, leftover from an Indian dinner last week.
I added a little chicken broth to help moisten the rice - it gets a little dry in the fridge. 
then some diced sausage - this is a chicken & herb sausage from Trader Joes. 
Mix it all together.
I think it turned out pretty good.  Texture like fried rice, but not asian flavors.  I topped it with a spoonful of Raita (Indian seasoned yogurt sauce), because I had that leftover too.
