Mexican chicken & rice casserole

I love a good chicken and rice casserole - you know the old classic: chicken, rice, broccoli, cheese?  Well, I had some leftover Mexican rice from a previous dinner (somehow I always make way too much!), so I added some black beans and some green chilis and made this one a more Mexican style.  Served topped with some salsa and sour cream - it was yum!
