The Lunch Idea:
Just an easy to eat and easy to pack box of lots of little nibbles. These are my favorite kinds of meals, and I think my kids like them too - just lots of little bites of things. I usually try to start with the protein, and then the veggie, and then the fruit, and just fill from there.
What's in the lunch:
- Crackers - new ones I got at Costco, an organic cracker like a Wheat Thin.
- Cheddar cheese
- Two have turkey
- Tomatoes, and one has peppers
- One has almonds
- Organic animal crackers
- A couple of chocolate covered almonds.
