We are basically never without pancakes in this house. They are just so easy to make and so easy to store. These pancake sandwiches have butter and cream cheese, and two of them are made with blueberry pancakes. I sliced two apples and just alternated the slices to make them look a little pretty, and they also have cheese and cheerios.
